We're excited to announce that a DVD photo slideshow has been assembled of various sights from The U of M Alumni Band's involvement in Homecoming 2004! And the best news of all is that the DVD is available to you for a mere $5! That's right... no typo there... just $5!

The DVD contains over 100 photos from the 2004 U of M Homecoming weekend in which we honored Dr. Thomas C. Ferguson for his contributions towards the rich musical history and tradition at then Memphis State University. In case you're not aware, Dr. Ferguson penned "The Fight Song" during his tenure here in the 60's/70's as Director of Bands.

Photos of Dr. Ferguson's arrival on campus for the first time in many years are included in the slideshow, as are photos from the "meet and greet" event that was held on campus after the Homecoming Parade on Friday evening, photos of Dr. Ferguson and former students at Alumni Band practice on Saturday morning, and numerous photos of Dr. Ferguson (and Alumni Band members) throughout the day at the Homecoming football game.

If you were a student under Dr. Ferguson's direction many years ago at Memphis State University, this DVD will bring back memories of your band days with "Dr. Tom" and allow you to possibly see many of your former band mates as they appear today. Additionally, if you were a participant in the Alumni Band during Homecoming 2004, chances are you may be a part of the DVD in one/several photos and this DVD would make a wonderful keepsake of your participation in the Alumni Band in 2004!

The DVD is able to be played in most computer DVD drives as well as most modern home DVD players. While viewing the DVD, if you should come across a photo during the slideshow that you'd like to have a print made of, all of the photos contained in the slideshow are present on the DVD as individual high-resolution images that can easily be printed on a photo-capable inkjet printer or via most any photo development service (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, online photo development services, etc.).
