Spectator Information

Directions to Liberty Bowl Stadium

From West Tennessee - Take I-40 to Sam Cooper Blvd. Take the Highland Street exit and turn left (south). Turn right at Central. Turn left at Hollywood.
From Arkansas - Take I-40 to the I-40/240 interchange. Follow the signs to Jackson, MS. Take the Madison Ave. exit. Turn left onto Madison. Turn right onto East Parkway. Turn left onto Central. Turn right at Hollywood.
From Mississippi - Take I-55 to the I-240 interchange. Follow the signs to Nashville. Take the Airways Blvd. North exit. Proceed on Airways to Central Ave. Turn right on Central. Turn right on Hollywood.

Parking

Spectator parking is located off of Hollywood Street, between the stadium and the Memphis Children's Museum. There is no charge for parking.

Admissions Gate

Spectators may enter the Liberty Bowl at Gate 3. Tickets are on sale at that location. Contest programs are also available at the ticket booth and inside the concourse.

Due to security procedures that are now typical at public events, please be prepared to have your bags and purses searched.

Absolutely no food or beverages may be brought in from outside the stadium. Ice chests and water coolers are prohibited. This applies to spectators, band members, staff and chaperones. This rule is in adherence to the stadium's contract with its concessionaire.

Video Cameras & Photography

You are welcome to bring your personal video and still photography cameras to The Bandmasters Championship. However, spectators are not allowed onto the field to record videos or take pictures during performances.

First Aid

Emergency medical services are available throughout the event. The First Aid station is located on the stadium concourse beneath the main seating area. Please locate an usher if you need assistance.

Etiquette

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, spectators are to refrain from entering or leaving the seating area during a band performance. This will be enforced by the ushers.
